Everything is made of atoms, they are tiny particles to small to see. There are loads of diffrent atoms, these are called elements.
What makes up an atom Edit
- Protons - Protons are subatomic particles that cause a positive charge in an atom for balance of neutral charge and negative charge. Protons (also with Neutrons) are located in the nucleus.
- Neutrons - Neutrons are subatomic hadrons that cause a neutral charge in an atom for balance of positive charge and negative charge. Neutrons (also with Protons) are located in the nucleus.
- Electrons - Electrons are subatomic particles that cause a negative charge in an atom for balance of positive chage and negative charge. Electrons "swirl" around the shell of the atom, which is like a ring.
